The Contractor shall permit this subcontractor to request directly from the Architect
 information regarding percentages of completion and the amount certified on account of Work done by this subcontractor

The Contractor shall not give instructions or orders directly to the subcontractor's employees or the subcontractors
 sub-contractors or material suppliers unless such persons are designated as authorised representatives
 of this subcontractor
The Contractor shall promptly make available to this subcontractor information,
 including information from the Owner,
 that affects this subcontract and that becomes available to the Contractor
 subsequent to execution of our Contract.
