Here is some information so that you may be able to put together a quote for sprinklers of his building.

1 - Pictures

     d - Looking south from NW corner out in wood shop up to roof, Z purlins and insulation
     e - Looking SE from NW corner out in the wood shop up to roof and storage mezzanine

Engrain Wood Design building footprint - +/-6,800 sq. ft.
(Building foot print +/-13,800 sq. ft.)
Total sprinklers estimated upright/ pendent throughout the space,
48 SSU at the roof
18 SSU below the mezzanine
 9 SSP at Entry and offices

74 SSU/SSP Total

Estimated 4" riser, 6" underground from Industrial Road +/- 75 ft from connection to riser location.

Estimated design cost - $4,000.00

Bret Larsen has also advised him that he can add fire wall to divide the space into area less than 2,500 sq. ft. that would eliminate the need for sprinklers.

      - All Installation, Operation, Instruction & Repair Manuals for the installed equipment.
      - And all also cut onto a CD/DVD size disc. (Three Copies)
