FOH to be hard lid. & is going to be re-modelled. Walls removed.
Old Comms room wall removed. Sprink heads sre pushed up in to grin, in areas.
No Tags on riser. Valves are in poor condition. Need full inspection report.
Need copy of or data from: Calc card.
There is no Alarm Panel: removed by demo crew?

Hunt Electric there also with Manual (Tony's Dad), Bill, Arun, Zach & Mike
Electricians advised of required Dedicated, Grounded 125VAC for FACP, and Clear Label at Breaker Slot.
