If your contract is the only contract, we have 90 calendar days from the completion of our project or supply of material to record our lien. After filing a Mechanic's Lien, you have 180 calendar days from the date of filing to initiate a lawsuit to foreclose the Mechanic's Lien or the lien will become invalid.
