    When I rotate the pic, I see the head SIN#'s are:  
TY3596 RapidResponse LFII Residential Head 4.9K-factor Concealed Pendent (160 deg Residential)
& 
TY2596 LFII 4.2K-factor FLAT PLATE CONCEALED (DISCONTINUED) (160 deg Res)
      If replacing 2596's, must do a System recalc (required) for K4.9 in order to replace w/ TY3596

System was installed 2005-Feb.
I do not see a TAG on the system?

Do you have the original drawing set?

Call me As soon as, I have a fitter here with me and we can go visit.

      - Full-Size AS-BUILT drawings. (Three Hard Copies)
      - All Installation, Operation, Instruction & Repair Manuals for the installed equipment.
      - And all also cut onto a CD/DVD size disc. (Three Copies)
