CURRENT = General or the Job in that General's folder are currently running.

EXPIRED  = Submitted a proposal, no reply no award, our offer expired

MISSDATE = We missed the Bid Date, Did not submit a proposal

MISSED = We submitted a Bid/Proposal but got no Award

NOBID  = we advised GC that we would not send a bid
