Architects Suplemental Instructions folder
Contains Architects instructions downloaded from the General's planroom and may have sub-folders.

Usually MINOR changes to the original Plans
Or to clarify an instruction.

NB: it should NEVER be used if the Instruction will cause a change in the Contract Price or a change
 in the Contract Timetable! 
  Use a Change Order.

For a major change in the Project, use a Construction Change Directive, or a Proposal Request instead.
